Your mission:
As a gaming room employee, you will be a true ambassador for the CASINO 2OOO experience.
Your role: to welcome, entertain and amuse our customers, while ensuring they receive impeccable service in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Specifically, you will:
Run the gaming tables
• Ensure that games run smoothly and professionally.
• Create a friendly and entertaining atmosphere around the tables.
• Support and guide players, whether they are novices or experienced.
Liven up the gaming rooms
• Provide entertainment at the Stadium and organise various promotional games in the gaming rooms.
• Support marketing activities organised in the rooms.
• Make announcements over the microphone to energise the atmosphere and inform customers.
Welcoming and informing customers in the gaming rooms
• Welcome visitors with courtesy and a smile.
• Assist customers with registration and creating their gaming cards.
• Inform and guide customers to ensure a smooth experience.
Ensuring customer comfort and well-being
• Be attentive to customers’ needs and expectations.
• Contribute to a safe, pleasant and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate:
• A strong affinity for human contact and a sense of hospitality.
• Comfortable in a busy environment and able to remain calm in all circumstances.
• Fluency in several languages (French, German, Luxembourgish and/or English).
• Curiosity, open-mindedness and creativity, with the ability to capture customers’ attention.
• Rigour and reliability in managing gaming and service operations.
• Flexibility and versatility.
• Previous experience in entertainment, service or customer relations is considered an asset; motivation and enthusiasm are essential.
• Evening and weekend work.
